    If you would like to move in, complete and return the application form we send you.

  3. Step03

    Deposit & Passport Verification

    Pay a ¥50,000 deposit by credit card and send us a copy of your passport.

  4. Step04

    Move In

    After moving in, pay the remaining ¥50,000. Your tenancy agreement will then be finalized.
